DTA – DAY TREATMENT & TRAINING – ADULT
As a way to alleviate the worries of families about their loved one’s developmental disability symptoms and behavioral manifestations, we offer a day treatment and training program for adults that work on their personal and health goals.
DTS – DAY TREATMENT & TRAINING – CHILDREN SUMMER PROGRAM
For children experiencing any form of disability, we also have specialized day programs that foster their growth and development, reduce and eliminate negative behavior, promote social connectivity and kinship, and help achieve the family’s plans for the future.
G0299 – DIRECT SKILLED NURSING SERVICES
In this kind of service, we assign RNs in various home health settings, each for 15 minutes. Individuals can find comfort in knowing an expert is in charge of their home health wellness and recovery.
HAB – HABILITATION SERVICES – GROUP HOME – WITH ROOM & BOARD
We endeavor to maintain optimal functioning for our clients, and in this service, we provide extensive training and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide group home service that maintains their safety and health.
HAH – HABILITATION SERVICES – SUPPORT – HOURLY
People with developmental disabilities may find it difficult to cope with everyday life. Through this service, we facilitate the provision of independent living skills that allow them to live empowered lives within the community.
RRB – ROOM & BOARD, ALL GROUP HOMES
We offer a 24-hour residential service for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering complete private and physical accommodations, as well as a 3-day meal service for your nutritional needs.
